Additional person

Any person above 10 years is considered Additional person and charged accordingly, irrespective of extra bed taken or not.

Child Policy:

Child below three years is free. Child between 3 to 10 years is charged extra for food depending on the Meal Plan you choose as shown above.

Check out Time:

12 NOON – In case the guest wants to depart latter, they can leave the luggage with the reception, so that the room is ready for next guest.

Location:

Hotel WOODSTOCK is located at the end of the PAHALGAM BAZZAR. The Hotel overlooks the LIDDER RIVER (which is only 1000 yards from the hotel. The hotel has “ROSE GARDEN” and huge lawns for children to play.

Services and Facility

The hotel offers three types of accommodation STANDARD ROOMS / SUPERIOR ROOMS AND KASHMIRI rooms. All rooms are spacious and have attached bathrooms with 24 hour hot and cold water. LCD with cable connection / Telephone are provided in all rooms. The Superior rooms are Centrally heated and the other rooms are equipped with room heaters.

All three categories of rooms have good view of the river gardens and the snow covered mountains. The hotel has car parking / Wi-Fi facilities / Doctor on call / safe deposit. Our staff will help you in making arrangement for Trout Fishing / Golf / Rafting / Horse Ridding / Sightseeing.

Restaurant

The hotel has its own dining room serving Indian / Continental and Chinese cuisine. Room service and Garden Café are also available.

Chose you room type and your Meal Plan and send us your requirement of the number of rooms/ date of stay to our email id: hotelwoodstockpahalgam@gmail.com. On receipt of your email the Hotel will send you the best prevailing rates*. The hotel does not bargain on its rates and by booking directly with the hotel you get the best rates. For confirmation of any booking the Hotel will require One Day charges from (Guest directly booking and Full payment if booked through a Travel Agent) as Advance deposit to hold your booking. Please note that the Hotel does not hold any booking without advance. You can deposit cash or cheque at any HDFC Bank branch as per the detail given below:

Cancellation Policy:

Any FIT booking can be cancelled 21 days before check in date with full refund. If Cancelled within 15 and 21 days 1 day charges will be levied as retention charges. And if can cancellation less then 15 or NO SHOW entire booking amount will be levied as retention charges.

General

Hotel Woodstock is a 96 years old Organization by the same family. Though there are very strict ban on any repairs and construction in Pahalgam for past five years, yet we made all efforts to provide you clean / comfortable accommodation and we make all efforts to make your stay enjoyable one with our ever ready to serve staff. The Hotel does not believe in deceiving guest by providing false promises. So if you ever have any complain or do not find anything as promised, please immediately approach the Receptionist of Manager and if you are still not satisfied you are welcome to meet Managing Partner. Generally the Tourist have this impression that Hotel`s in Kashmir are very expensive while comparing with GOA. The reason is low year around occupancy. As Pahalgam is a summer resort the Hotel earns 80% of its revenue during April / May & June and other months have to pay from pocket to maintain.
