The hotel manager Ibrahim was a very kind, polite and professional person and made us feel very welcome at the hotel.
All the staff especially NADEEM, ZAHID and TAWHEED were extreamly polite and professional too. We loved and enjoyed our stay there and did not want to move to our next booked hotel 🙂

PATHETIC is the word when it comes to serving meals. While the rooms on the new wing were still fine, the corridors, lobby were i bad shape. We were a... read more group of 12-13 women. And despite repeated requests to meet the manager Mr Ebrahim, he never came on call or in person. He was missing from the hotel. I had placed requests to customise the breakfast menu, which wasn't taken into account at all. The dining room was described as a "jail" by one of my guests being an NRI elite lady. The table covers were dirty. When you check out, the staff throngs you like crazy ppl for tips. Am never going to recommend this hotel to anyone. Overpriced. and yes, it's PATHETIC. If you find this word as an insult, please work towards improving your services, starting right from the GM level to earn honest good reviews. More

Located right in the centre of pahalgam with breathtaking views on the backside and a beautiful lawn and river to enjoy the views. The hotel rooms are of very high standards and food was excellent too.
The hotel manager Ibrahim was a very kind, polite and professional person and made us feel very welcome at the hotel. I was very impressed that he was early at the breakfast room greeting people and introducing breakfast items and answering questions.He was omnipresent taking care of customers.
All the staff were polite and professional too. We loved and enjoyed our stay there and did not want to move to our next booked hotel 🙂
